   I've always been hesitant to buy one of these. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats so the amount of hair on my floors is unreal. I always thought one of these would blow up inside of 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this thing works way better than I thought it would. That being said, I have to run it everyday to keep up with the hair. Does it pick up everything? No. It doesn't. Does it do way better than what I was doing everyday, which was nothing, and letting all the hair build up til I couldn't take it anymore and then dragging out my big shark broom vac? Yes it does. I'd say it picks up about 80% of what's on the floor. Which again, is better than I was doing on a daily basis.
   I like the little mop feature but don't use it too often. I've only used it 3 times in the last 4 months to do a spot clean on the kitchen floor in between the deep cleans.
   If you're looking for a vacuum cleaner that's going to leave your floors spotless after every use, you're going to be disappointed. It does keep most of the hair in check in between big cleanings so if youre looking for something to help out a bit this will work great for the price. I like the app and the fact that I can turn it on from work to have it run before I get home. Plus, my cat likes it.

   This definitely saves on cleaning time, and helps maintain the pet hair! You can set up the app that correlates with the vaccum to customize the usage. The app helps manage the time, or even spot clean with the mop section of the vaccum. The app also reminds you that you need to clean out the filter or add more water to mop portion. The charger and vaccum also have the option where it will link up to the charger with one hit of a button, and the vaccum with be able to put itself on the charger which can be convenient.

   I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

   First of all, it's not a roomba. You're not going to get the same suction power and carpet cleaning as a roomba. BUT, don't let that deter you. I've had a roomba, expensive, and it died too soon. This little robot does the job I ask it to do. I use it on bare floors and an area rug. It picks up all the dog hair and the dirt they track in. There is no roller brush, so you never have to struggle with cleaning the roller. You just dump the dirt cup, and brush out the filter. Easy peasy. I have two large dogs, and I run it every other day. I'm too lazy to pick up their beds, toys, and the small rugs every day. The mopping feature is adequate to clean up the drool around their water bowl, and tidy up the footprints they track in. A couple of pointers: Make sure you have ALL your cords contained. She likes to get high-centered on the cords, so be diligent, and tie them up and get them completely out of the way of the robot. Another tip is if you have area rugs, tape down the corners. She seems to struggle with the rug, and after I taped it down, she rolls over the rug with no trouble. I am so glad I bought this robotic vacuum. I cannot stand stepping in dust and crumbs with my bare feet, and she does exactly what I ask her to do to keep me from being annoyed with dirt. You're still going to need to do full vacuuming, but not nearly as often. Buy it, I don't think you'll regret it, for the money, it's totally worth it.

   We have been hesitant to purchase a robotic vacuum because of the price, noise and not knowing how effective they were at vacuuming. The XIEBro vacuum does a good job of vacuuming and we feel the house is cleaner. Here are things we like and don’t like about the vacuum:
   Pros:
   The suction is very good and picks up dust and hair without a problem.
   You can program it to come on at a specific day and time and it has a repeatable schedule.
   It maneuvers around tables and chairs very well.
   Easy to clean and a extra set of brushes and HEPA filter are provide.
   The noise is not bad particularly when you program it for quite mode.
   The battery allows the vacuum to operate for about 90 minutes.
   Cons:
   We wish the software was more robust so that you could program the vacuum for “virtual” walls so that the XIEBro would avoid specific areas.
   The mop, while a nice idea, is not useful. We agree with other reviewers that the mop feature on the vacuum functions as a damp rag that you would lightly push around the floor. In other words, it does not do much.
   
   Dropping the price to below $200 was our motivation to buy it and try it. At that price, it is a fine purchase and recommended.
