    Low profile and nice width
Simple to assemble, seems well built. The handle design could be better, that is why only 4 stars but it is only a minor thing.

'19 FLHTC nearly 900lbs been lifted 1500+ times to spin in place to face the door or move around as needed as well as occasional odd heavy lift/roll uses. Works as well as new, still releases and lowers better than any realistically comparable unit, steel wheels work well on the flat floors they're designed for and make the low height possible, and they roll smoothly when spray lubed every year or so. T bar handle setup is weak where it connects due to the design; many will choose to reinforce somehow--I welded it together with an internal rod and just spin out the two short bolts if I want to remove the handle from the lift. Would be five stars if that was a truly useful quick disconnect feature. Lots of rickety, risky lifts out there that I've seen: I'd buy this one again.

One star removed because of the safety bar. Could easily be redesigned to be much safer. The safety bar that rest against the small rise in the frame looks like it could jump over the small indention easily and that would be a bad day! Not that trust worthy to me! IMO!
Beyond that it's a satisfying jack.
It lifts my 900 pd Harley with ease!

This item was delivered on. Saturday morning at 6:30 AM. There are no instructions, but there is a You Tube video showing how it goes together. Not hard to do, unless one of the jack pump mounting bolts breaks off, like mine did. So, it took extra time to drill out and retap the threaded hole. Jacks works well, fits under my 2024 Honda Shadow and works effortlessly. Releasing the jack works as designed and lowers the cycle slowly. If this jack stays working, it works great. Mine didn’t.

Edit. Have to change my review to 1 star. Jack lasted 2 months before it wouldn’t lift the arms, let alone a motorcycle. I am waiting to hear back from OTC customer service. I also bought the 3 year warranty, so we will see what transpires. Stay tuned.

Edit 2. If you do decide to buy this jack, buy the Asurion Warranty coverage.
Edit 3. Changing my review to 4 stars.
OTC finally replaced the jack, but communication with them is frustrating.

Easy to assemble and use. It fits underneath a 2021 Streetbob frame on the side opposite the kickstand and then you need to lean it off the kickstand to a more upright position to slide it under the kickstand side. It pumps up nice and high and is pretty stable but don't get lazy and skip the straps. It lowers steadily by gently tapping the down pedal. I didn't try to just step on it and let it drop. The locking brace is too narrow and doesn't line up with the stops on either side correctly. You have to bend one side a little. The t handle is nice because even if you're not working on your bike you can use the jack to quickly and easily move your bike around your garage floor. It's a little expensive but it is strong and quick and convenient to use.

It is heavier than any lift i've had in the past, and sturdy and stable when the bike is up on it. The skids don't start at 3 1/2 inches, more like 3 3/4 inches, which makes a big difference when you are trying to get it under a lowered 2021 Fatboy, but not problem just put a piece of 5/8 inch chip board under the jiffy stand and then it goes under. Careful when letting the bike down as the bottle jack start down is rather abrupt. And make sure the lock bar is correctly aligned with the stops. I had to gently bend mine a little to get it to line up perfectly with the stops. All in all though with a little corrections on the thing i'm happy with it. Much better than the harbor freight or northern tool lifts.

I see where people are upset that there are no instructions. I didn't even look at the parts list until I saw that there was a bushing missing on the locking bar. That That's why 4 stars. Nor a deal breaker. I'll call them in the morning and see if they'll send me one. If not I'll do the measurements and go to the hardware store and pick one up for less than a dollar. I've also saw where people were saying parts didn't line up. Don't tighten the screws that hold the jack, or anything else, until you put the pin through. It'll line up. Just like anything you put together. Get everything started before tightening. I haven't put the full weight of a motorcycle on it yet, however I did put close to 235lbs on it and it came down slow and steady. I also raised and lowered it about 10 times to check for leaks and to work the jack a bit. Get fluid moving. It's really sturdy and stable. It's basically a type of floor jack so the operation of it is easy. One pedal it goes up. The other pedal it goes down. If I encounter any issues I'll amend my review. I would recommend this product.

I talked to their tech service this morning and they are sending me a kit with all the washers and clips.

First, I read a lot of the reviews on the Amazon sales page before I decided to purchase this jack. I am a heavy equipment mechanic with over 30 years experience, and I am familiar with and use several OTC tools. I decided that for the price, this was a tool that was well worth the cost. It appears well made, all welds are complete, and all necessary parts were shipped. I have not owned other jacks/lifts for motorcycles, so I cannot compare cost to quality for other products. When it came (no assembly instructions as stated in several of the other reviews) I had no problems with assembling the few parts required to make it complete by using the parts sheet. A lot of the reviews also stated that the lowering mechanism for the jack was jerky when operated slowly, or dropped quickly when activated. I immediately tried jack operation after assembly to check this, as I had seen a simple fix for this that another customer had posted. After raising the jack (under load) to its max height and lowering it several times, locking jack at safety catch points, unlocking and lowering to the ground, I experienced no such problems with my jack. Although this lift has a sufficiently wide wheel base to safely lift a large bike (I own a Victory Cross Country Tour) I doubt that I would try to move the bike while elevated. I received exactly what I expected in this purchase.I would and will recommend this jack to anyone looking to purchase a cost efficient way to lift their motorcycle for maintenance repairs or cleaning. Nothing gets a 5-star rating that doesn't exceed expectations.

I bought this lift so I could work on and store my +1000lb Honda Goldwing with lots of farkles.

The first problem I ran into was the two bolts that hold the handle in place stripped out and did not hold the handle on very well. Since I am used to using the handle to pump the lift, I completely stripped the bolts off. That was no big problem. I locked the bike in place, moved it to its new storage location and then drilled out the holes in the frame and handle bracket. Bigger bolts, lock washers and nuts permanently resolved that problem. I think the design should have used nuts and bolts to begin with.

It was my own preference, but I picked up some heavier tie-downs at Harbor Freight. With a bike as expensive as a Gold Wing, I just didn't want to take any chances.

Except for the minor issue discussed above, this lift is every bit as good as motorcycle lifts costing considerably more. The quality seems better than the cheaper one at Harbor Freight (I try to buy at HF whenever possible, but I check quality first). If you are working on a big bike, do yourself a favor and cut a 2"x4" into four 2"x4"x4" blocks. It can be a pain to center a bike and avoid the exhausts and center stand if you are working by yourself. Line the lift up while the bike is on its sidestand, place the blocks in place on the lift and slowly lift it. Make adjustments as necessary. After you have done it once, you will know exactly where to position the lift.

I got my jack today. Lots of exploded parts lists in different languages but not one assembly sheet in the box.
It's not to hard to figure out how it goes together and if you cannot figure it out perhaps you should not be working on motorcycles in the first place
There also was no operation manual but once you get it together it's pretty obvious how it works.
The bottle jack on mine was a tough fit as the holes were just a bit off too. As noted by others, the bolt that secures the pump pedal to the bottle jack is threaded into very thin pipe and is pretty useless. Mine stripped the threading before I got close to getting it tight. I did call the tech end of the company noting that mine stripped out and that it's just not sturdy enough and suggested just drilling the pipe out and including a longer bolt and nut with it. They made note of it.
As others said, just hit the hardware store and get a longer bolt, drill on through the other side of the pump handle and put a nut on the other side of it.
The handle to move the bike around has a questionable mount in my opinion but if you want to move the bike around once it's strapped down just push on the bike, it's not a big deal
Of note, this is a large platform for biker bikes. My 650cc barely fits on the very large platform but it's very sturdy when it's in place.
Of note the free shipping made this worth it as it's very heavy at around 80# or so and the normal shipping would have been almost $50.
