The bike itself is ok for the price but it says it can go up to 50 miles with the battery but in my case it only lasts about 13 miles. I was disappointed with that. If it at least would do half of what it says. If I help it by pedaling it goes a bit longer but not close to what it claims.

Only four stars because it's been 2days. I bought this ebike for transportation and to use at work. I do jimmy Johns bike delivery, and I'll tell you right now. Full throttle no peddling at all, it lasted about 4hours nonstop in all of that it was about 14miles full throttle level 5 95% of it. The seat definitely needs changed about hour and a half in you can definitely feel that. After the battery died I still needed to go home, and to my surprise there was no Resistance it honestly felt like there was not motor there just like peddling a normal mountain hike, the peddle assist kind of likes to over take around level 3. Ive met one person riding around same model as mine and theyve had theirs about 6 months and he said he loves it i will be back in about 3-4 months

It's still early in the riding season but the bike looks like a great purchase. It was easy to assemble and appears to use name brand brakes and derailleur. It includes a headlight and a horn. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't had a chance to flog it to see how it holds up.

This is a great E-Bike! I haven't had it that long (hence only 4 Stars for the time being), but everything has worked flawlessly thus far. I was looking for a reasonably priced, full-sized E-Bike for under $450and found this. I own two smaller, foldable, E-Bikes and a non-electric powered Mountain Bike, so I wanted to see how this would perform in comparison. Assembly was relatively easy. Charged it for a few hours and then took it out for a ride for about two hours. Had a great time! Bike tops out around 21-22 MPH with just the throttle on a flat surface, but, I'm not looking to go any faster than that without a helmet on city streets. Hill climbing is a breeze with the pedal assist cranked up to 4 or 5. Will most likely use this E-Bike for leisurely, local rides and my other Mountain Bike for off-road adventures. I like the fact that even without the power being on and/or the pedal assist turned off, this E-Bike is still ridable. My two aforementioned foldable E-Bikes are very difficult to ride once the battery is dead or the power is turned off.

I NOTICE A LOT OF BUYERS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BRAKES SQUEALING AND SQUEAKING. I FIXED IT BY CLEANING THE ROTORS ON BOTH SIDES. YOU CAN DO THIS BY SOAKING A CLOTH IN ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AND RUNNING IT AROUND BOTH SIDES OF THE ROTORS. DONE. HAVE FUN!!
Also, if you have any issues with assembly, you can find the assembly video on Youtube. I can't speak to the durability of the bike, but it has been a load of fun so far. Very powerful. Smooth.

Writing a review after 3 months ride. Decent bike for the price tho. This strong bike brought me uphill where I usually stopped in the middle with my old MTB. Let’s see how durable it is compared to my 1990 rockhopper lol. Loosing one star because the brakes make unpleasant sound that freaks out some runners in the morning.

We were excited to try our first e-bike. This brand looked like a good beginner option. It took about 4 hours to put the bike together (double checking and adjusting bar/seat height). Overall the bike is easy to use. We have under 20 miles on the bike and have only ridden on paved trails.

The rear inner tube was defective and would not hold air. The said they would refund the cost of a new inner tube but I am still waiting. Also I should have been compensated for rear wheel, motor chain needing to be removed in order to replace tube. After that was fixed, the bike has been doing well but we have only had it for a week. So far so good.

I only have one problem, and it's that the breaks are incredibly squeaky (started after only 2 days, not any better after 2-3 weeks). The breaks work great, but they are very loud for a bike. They sound like that one smoke box that rolls up in the drive through and gives everyone hearing loss. It hasn't gotten better and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Other than that, it's AWESOME. No other complaints (the thing MOVES).

Edit: the left pedal has come loose at the arm and does not remain tight after hand tightening. I looked it up and it looks like I will need to take it in and get it tightened by a torque wrench. The part of the pedal that’s loose was not assembled my me, it came preassembled.

    Pros:
Excellent power, good battery life, good features such as handlebar riser, palm rests, easy to read and use LCD, nice looking and very fun to ride.
It rides great on level ground with battery off, which means it rides nicely as a regular bike. Having it be electric is a bonus when needed.
It has 21 speeds for which i know nothing about. i keep it in 3 or 4 when battery is not in use and it's perfect for level ground.
In fact, i never shift gears at all other than switching between PAS modes.
It has 5 PAS modes. i rarely need to go beyond 3 between 10-45 degree inclines.
Of course this may very per person based on body frame, health and strength.

    Cons:
Brakes squeal badly and makes coasting downhill less enjoyable.
I have to brake softly all the way down hill in attempt to avoid squealing and from everyone looking at me (lol). In due time i may research to see if a better braking pad is available.
Also, your foot can sometimes hit the kickstand while pedaling due to location and size of it. If your a big guy with big feet, may want to be a bit concerned about this.

    Summary:
Aside from the brakes, this is a very affordable ebike and good for the money. I did moderate research before purchasing and hoped it was what i expected.
Turns out it was! I'm very happy with the bike. I'm yearning to ride on weekends.
Hope this helps those scouting for an ebike.

The bike is a great value for the price.
I could have afforded a top-of-the-line bike, but I didn't know if I'd like it, or if I would use it regularly. Perfect for my needs.

One issue: The chain derailer, which is used to switch gears, may need to be adjusted. The chain strikes the derailer while it's passing thru in some days.
Seems to be getting quieter... May just need to get "broken in". Time will tell.
In the meantime, I luuuuv this bike!!

I have to say, since my car has no tags my best way to get going, is to pedal …& use pedal assist. It’s not a car, but it’s been the next best thing. Battery powered, fairly easy assembly & max 21mph with a descent battery life. My only dislikes are that they aren’t built to accommodate short ppl, is super heavy but also sturdy and now I can be a kid again. lol
