Son likes it and it seems to run well, but I can hear squeaking when he breaks. Also, the fin in the back, above the wheel is flimsy. It moves left and right very easily. I told my son to tighten the attachment but he said he couldn't tighten it anymore. Be careful with these things. He got off the bike (while holding the handle bars) and motor was running and the bike nearly jumped out of his hands. The front tire flew up in the air. Luckily he was holding on tight and got control of it.

It has a couple of cons. The seat is as hard as a rock. On Total Electric, it does not climb hills well. The brakes squeal every time I use them. I noticed I was only getting 15 miles per charge. I contacted the seller, they said (The battery riding range largely depends on these factors, including the rider's weight, road condition, riding style, battery life, temperature, etc. The distance different customers can travel using the same battery power will vary. When you ride at the PAS 4 level with a constant speed of 15 mph on a flat road under warm temperatures, you can reach a mileage of about 25-30 miles. If you want to ride a much longer distance and let the battery last longer, we recommend riding in PAS1 mode and pedaling at the same time, by which you can reach a mileage of about 45-50 miles.)
