    The company was easy to work with when it came to picking up the lift from a local freight facility. They were on top of the communication piece. The lift so far works great and was pretty easy to install. The only issue we ran into were a few scraps and dents from shipping. The arms to the lift also got wedged in the lift during shipping which made it hard to get unwedged. We had to use pry bars which resulted in us scratching up the lift even more.

    This is a great looking hoist for the price. Haven’t got the chance to try it out yet but setting up was pretty straight forward if you know a little of what you are doing. Instructions need to be a little more detailed. Posts came with some scratches but nothing too bad. Should work great!

    Wish it came with other spacers then just 6 in the shipping company scared it up but the lift is great. No complaints so far. I’ve had a 2016 f350 on it as the heaviest so far and it did perfectly fine. Instructions were not bad I’m very pleased. Not so sure I would go all the way up to 10k though the arms were a little bouncy and it comes down fast! I’m just use to you push the lever and it’s a slower low down. Not that you can’t just slowly push the lever in to adjust speed. I’m happy with it and I’ve used it almost everyday for the past couple weeks.

    I have owned many lifts The overall quality seems fine. But the assembly people missed the o ring in the lower cylinder and it sprayed hydrolic fluid everyplace. I found the o ring laying iside of the leg and was able to install with no problem. Hoist is now working fine.

    I'm really happy with the lift, and the assembly/install went easier than expected. My only complaint is how they shipped it, a standard forklift won't pick it up, it needs a longer forks and a sling to unload it.

    The locks are cables you pull down on each side of the lift. Not a lever you pull down on like most other lifts. This was not mentioned anywhere before I bought this lift. I've gotten used to it. Lift works great, but the arms do flex when lifting heavy vehicles like diesel pickups. If I were using this every day all day for my main lift, I'd consider a name brand one instead.

Being a cheaper lift there’s small things that are just cheap, but for home or light shop use it’s a good deal. Instructions could be a lot better, again not a deal breaker.

    The lift itself is wonderful It does the job very well the problem is the packaging did came All bit up all scratched is poor design on the packaging literally we had to unload from the truck piece by piece I don’t know who is to to blame if the delivery truck or the factory the way the packaging is poor my lift looks all scratched messed up now I’m looking to buy other from an other provider,,, is good product but it look like used product when arrived

    The lift was exactly what was ordered. The hardware had extras of some and less of others. None of the expensive hardware or parts were missing. Brown and blue were hot legs, green neutral. The limit switch gets wired into one leg of the motor start switch ( green button). The wire instructions kinda suck. Over all it was a very simple install.
